On 28 November 2012, Foton Lovol 2013 construction machinery overseas business conference was held in Shanghai, China. The theme of this conference is "Global Lovol Innovate to Win the Future". About 120 people from over 30 countries attended the conference. Foton lovol made a conclusion on 2012 construction machinery business and plan for 2013 construction machinery business during this conference.

At this confernce, Wang Guimin, President of Foton Lovol, delivered a speech on future development strategy. In the future, Foton Lovol will upgrade the current construction machinery products and extend the excavator products to big tons. Foton Lovol will be centered in China to make products in China and distribute them in the world. It plans to realize products manufacture localization in Brazil and Russia to form regional manufacture center. To form the national sales compamy, so as to shorten the delivery time, promote product improvement, service and parts support, to help dealers perfect their network. To set up the regionl spare parts center in strategic and key markets, and gradually grow into the regional service centers.
