SEM Introduces Hotline Services for Customers

For the first time, Shandong SEM Machinery Co., Ltd. (SEM) set up own Call Center to provide 24/7 hotline services for customers, marking a landmark in the company’s history.

Delivering unmatched product support has been always an important strategic focus for SEM, which will dramatically affect the customer satisfaction. The new Call Center plays a positive role in meeting the increasing customer demand for improved repair capabilities, service expertise and response time. Meanwhile, maintaining positive customer interaction via the Center will help build the company’s strong brand image.
 

By the end of August, customers can call the center hotline 400-823-0000, which opens around-the-clock to learn about SEM’s products and services or ask helps for technical assistance. The Center will provide unified service support for customers and implement real-time order management to offer reliable and timely service data for SEM and dealers. In September, the sales funnel management and active service modules will be available. It is expected that the hotline services will cover all domestic dealers by the year end.
 

In the future, the Center will leverage the GPS system to track the troubleshooting progress of the service personnel and support the utilization of handheld mobile terminals and remote expert consultation.
