 1. Electrical system upgrade


Wiring harness: Originally domestic plug connectors were employed, but now we have introduced the imported wiring harness layout technology together with the imported waterproof and dustproof plug connectors to achieve elegant appearance and reliable performance.



Instrument: We have introduced the international brand VDO digital combination instrument, featuring fewer faults, beautiful appearance and sufficient durability.



Centralized control: An integrated fuse box featuring a parallel structure is used, so the whole machine can have its electric equipment controlled in a centralized manner, which thus can achieve convenient and efficient trouble shooting.



GPS: The resource management level has been significantly improved due to comprehensive application of the positioning system.



2. Hydraulic system upgrade

Sealing element: Considering the working conditions of the loader, we have used famous-brand sealing elements made from special materials instead.



Steel pipes: We have employed cold-drawn steel pipes made from high-precision materials and argon arc butt welding for key weld joints, which thus can effectively prolong the service life; the surface coating treatment can improve the rust resistance.



Pipelines: The optimization design and layout of the pipelines in the hydraulic system has reduced the pipeline damping and fuel consumption.



Cylinder pump: Upgrade and unify the working pumps, boom cylinders and other hydraulic system components to improve its lifting capability.




3. Structure upgrade
Pin shaft and sleeve: improvement on materials and lubrication of the pin shaft and shaft sleeve – Move the lubricant filler of the pin shaft onto the shaft sleeve and use a metal sleeve to replace the nylon one, so the shaft and sleeve service life has been more than doubled.

Rear frame improvement: The rear frame employs a high-strength steel plate box welding structure to replace the hot rolled channel steel welding structure, so that structural member cracking can be eliminated.




Central hinge joint: The central hinge joint uses a tapered roller bearing structure to prolong the service life of the hinge parts.



Bucket: High-strength steel plates made from new materials are used to replace the ordinary structural alloy steel, so the abrasion and impact resistance has been increased by more than 30%.



Wheelbase: Longer wheelbase, larger balance weight and better operation stability.



4. Comfort upgrade
Cab space: The new cab employed features larger internal space, wider field of vision and more comfortable operation.



Cab airtightness: The cab airtightness has been comprehensively upgraded to avoid the defects of the original cab: the assembly joints are poorly sealed and the cab is apt to dust and noise invasion, so that its adaptability to severe working conditions has been significantly improved.



Damping: The cab damping system has been optimized and redesigned to provide users with a more comfortable operating environment.
