Following the conference theme of “Change, Innovation & Win-Win”, Caterpillar (Qingzhou) Ltd. Chairman & General Manager Kebao Yang, Global Distribution, Sales & Marketing Director Pablo Van and other leaders delivered their speeches respectively.  “Change” means that we proceeded the overall transformation to further support dealer development and deliver better service to our dealers. “Innovation” – we expect to promote SEM Machinery brand to the market through various innovation channels, platforms as well as the team’s rich industry experience & capital, paving the road for dealers’ sales. In the era of “Shared Economy”, we achieve the “win-win” targets leveraging the resourcing, data and experience sharing, we expect to complement each other’s advantages and trust each other with our dealer partners.
