Lovol tractors can be seen running everywhere on Mongolia’s grasslands, since it is the country’s spring ploughing season. To ensure a smooth ploughing, Lovol Heavy Industry has delivered excellent service teams and adequate parts to Mongolia to provide half-year-long services, wining praises from customers.
In recent years, demands for agricultural machinery have increased with the rapid development of agricultural mechanization in Mongolia. Lovol Heavy Industry considers technological innovation as the driving force all along. In the meantime, it strictly controls product quality and strengthens market research. Therefore, its machine products feature both nice appearance and strong power, particularly meeting the needs of and favored by local users. Orders and praises come one after another.
On June 8 at 6:00 pm, Lovol service engineers were about to return to their dwelling place after cleaning up the work site in Mongolia’s Lovol service station. Just at that time, a user, Mr. Gangba, called the station and said that his TG1654 tractor had suddenly puffed blue smoke. Mr. Pang, the team leader, made an initial judgment about the cause of the incident according to the user’s description. Disregarding his tiredness and hunger, he immediately took out some parts and drove to the user’s home about 500km away from the service station. He arrived there at 12:00 midnight.
Mongolia was still cold in May, but the service professionals checked the tractor immediately after getting off the car despite the coldness. After the inspection, it is found that the blue smoke and power failure were caused by improper engine oil type and overfilling. Then, the service professionals cleaned the filter element and refilled the engine with standard engine oil in appropriate amount. Within less than half a hour, the engine ran as well as before.
Afterwards, the service professionals thoroughly explained tractor maintenance key points to Mr. Gangba who later remarked: “Lovol’s high quality and timely service really exceed my expectation. It only took a call to get the service personnel here so soon to solve all problems. No farming work has been affected at all. Next year, I will buy another two high-power tractors.”
At 2:00 am, the service team left Mr. Gangba’s home. After driving a long distance, Mr. Gangba still stood there waving the flashlight in his hands. The light was fading away. Thinking of Mr. Gangba’s smile and Lovol’s service tenet, the service professionals suddenly did not feel sleepy or tired, since they were happy to gain the user’s satisfaction and trust.
Mongolia’s busy spring ploughing is still going on. Lovol Heavy Industry’s service tenet of “Accompanying You in Full Course with Whole-hearted Service” is always practiced by those silent heroes, service engineers. Since the arrival in Mongolia, the service professionals are 24-hour on call. They satisfy every customer with actions, help Lovol products win more agricultural users, and contributes to the rapid development of agricultural mechanization in Mongolia.
