Rolling Meadows, Ill., August 25, 2016 - Komatsu America Corp., a leading global heavy equipment manufacturer today announced that Dan Funcannon has been appointed vice president and general manager of the company’s mining division. Funcannon replaces Erik Wilde, who accepted a position with another company.
In this role, Funcannon is responsible for the sales and support of Komatsu mining products in North America, as well as Komatsu’s 200 ton and larger mining trucks globally.
“I’m looking forward to showing our customers how a trusted partner like Komatsu can add value with services and solutions that help their operations succeed, “ said Funcannon. “This mining environment is no time to retreat and hope the storm passes.
