On July 8, a total of 24 Zoomlion cranes worth nearly 25 million Yuan stood ready to be delivered in Zoomlion Quantang Industrial Park. After the ceremony for the delivery came to an end, they were transported to Indonesia, a country along the “Belt and Road”, to assist local infrastructure construction.

It is learned that 21 truck cranes and three crawler cranes were delivered this time. They were purchased by a Chinese-funded client in Indonesia, marking the second transaction between the client and Zoomlion after the first one in July last year. “We bought 26 truck cranes and tower cranes from Zoomlion last year. The excellent product performance and quality service of Zoomlion left a deep impression on us and also laid a solid foundation for this cooperation,” said the principal of the purchasing department of the client.      

 

During the bidding period for this purchase, the client made a comprehensive comparison of many leading construction equipment manufacturers in the world in terms of price, performance and service and so on. With cutting-edge technology, tailored adaptability and careful and considerate services, Zoomlion cranes finally stood out.

Relevant technical principal of Zoomlion said, “The cranes exported to Indonesia boast superior performance, tailored for the demands of local market. For instances, crawler crane ZCC550H with a long jib has outstanding lifting performance, 5% -10% higher than other products in the industry. The truck crane QY55D531.R features right rudder in the driver’s cab and control room in an attempt to comply with local operating practice.”

Meanwhile, Zoomlion’s overseas service has been further escalated, and won the favor of Indonesian clients thanks to its sound system of accessories and timely response.

In order to increase the speed of corresponding service, Zoomlion has solidified its system of parts, service and training support in key regions for the countries along the “Belt and Road”, including Indonesia in its key layout. This year, Zoomlion has completed the building of the central accessory warehouse in Djakarta and the branch accessory warehouse in the Outer Islands of Indonesia, ensuring timelier and better supply of accessories. In regard to service, based on the nationwide service network of agents, Zoomlion has established its own team of engineers for the purpose of serving Chinese-funded factories, achieving smoother communication and providing more considerate services.
