Dong Yueliang, who joined the Communist Party of China in June 1996, is currently the director of the Hangzhou Office of XCMG SCHWING Marketing Company. A  man of more than 40 years old this year, he is not tall, but he perfectly demonstrates the meaning of “April showers bring May flowers”, starting from an ordinary staff to a director, from working alone to leading a team, he knows how to carry out growth with sweat and effort. On the road of endeavor, he persistently sticks to his goal, making great efforts to develop new markets and growing up by steeling himself.

He has worked in XCMG for 22 years, with 14 years particularly in the field of marketing.

Having experienced a market downturn for 3 times in 2005, 2008 and 2015, he has contributed to the success of XCMG in his early days,. He insisted on impressing the customers by his passion. In order to have an appointment with his customers, he even stayed at the door of a customer for one day. If he could not see them that day, he then would come back the next day. Once he had a fever of up to 39 degrees, but in order not to miss the opportunity, he continued to work. His good credibility and perseverance have always been praised by customers.

In 2017, the performance of Hangzhou office was among the best.

Dong Yueliang believes that achievement is not accidental, but relying on the company's policy and team cooperation. A customer purchased a 56m pump belonging to the Wuhan Vehicle Licensing and they required help to handle off-site transfer. The transfer process involved three parties to sign an agreement including vehicle violation processing, vehicle repair detection, traffic police team record, the DMV audit. The normal process would need at least half a month. Under the comprehensive assistance from Wuhan office, they took only three days to accomplish the whole process, and the customers could take the delivery with their IDs for vehicle management agencies for picturing for the rest of the process. The customers were moved by their efforts and stated that "This treatment is only from XCMG”.

Be fearless of danger and difficulty and march forward courageously. In recent 20 years Dong Yueliang personally believes in the heart, belief and perseverance, to show the XCMG SCHWING marketing style, he created the Hangzhou sales team to strive for excellence and perfection. He encouraged them to think from the perspective of a customer, solving their urgent needs while still maintaining service quality. He led the team with dedication, excellent business skills, sincere and thoughtful service for customers,  helping them deeply feel XCMG’s perseverance and thoughtful marketing under his management.
