Working Report on Lovol’s Service Engineers in Mali

November 29, 2017

Lovol exported 2,000 sets of tractors and supporting agricultural machinery to Mali again in the first half of this year, to which its government has attached great importance. On account that all tractors were exported by means of Semi Knock Down (SKD), Lovol and local dealers reached an agreement for product assembly and debugging to ensure the scheduled product use by local users. Also, Lovol dispatched service engineers to Mali to assist tractor assembly and debugging.
On July 17, Lovol’s Service Engineers including Wang Pu, Li Fuquan, Jia Qiangwei and Xu Lijiang arrived at Bamako, the capital of Mali. They held a brief meeting to make a detailed schedule for the following work first upon unloading their luggage. In accordance with the practical situation, they planned to purchase assembly tools in local, and then hire 16 local workers for assembly to finish the assembly of all products prior to busy farming season in September.
Two days later, all tools required for product assembly were purchased and 16 local assembly workers were in place. To ensure normal operation of the assembly, Lovol’s service team organized the workers to watch product assembly demonstration first, repeatedly operated and emphasized on the major items over and over again through body, divided the assembly personnel into four groups for product assembly, and offered one-to-one guidance for all groups in the course of assembling. Upon assembly, Lovol’s service personnel will check performance and quality of each tractor carefully, make an assessment by virtue of several local words, and correct and re-demonstrate the wrong assembly......Lovol’s service team provided service from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day. They actually explained “We always do our best for you” by their practical actions.
From the day of arrival, members from Lovol’s service team have been working in Mali without sufficient sleep and regular diet every day. However, no matter what difficulty they will meet with, they will complete the assembly task on the day as scheduled. The reasons lie in that the farming season cannot be delayed, and farmers, users and the government are waiting for the products. Moreover, they, deep down, know that their missions are to center on the customers, and do Lovol’s product service and accessory guarantee, so as to fully meet users’ machinery operation demand.
At present, Lovol’s assembly in Mali has been on the right path, but its subsequent assembly tasks are still arduous. Lovol’s service team will complete the rest of product assembly work persistently on schedule in such a manner of guaranteeing both quality and quantity on the basis of the service ideas of being full of enthusiasm and “We always do our best for you”. For this, they contribute their efforts to agricultural development in Mali.
